Bailey is a Certified Academic Language Therapist. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Georgia. She also has her Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in reading and literacy from Texas A&M. She is trained in the therapeutic curriculum, Take Flight and Jet written by Scottish Rite Hospital. After completing seven years as a classroom teacher, she followed her passion to help students with reading and dyslexia. At a young age, Bailey was labeled a struggling reader; however, with the help of a fantastic reading teacher, she overcame her struggles. Knowing this feeling, Bailey wants to assist students who suffer from frustration and low self-esteem.
